Delivery to mainland UK is free for all orders over £100. Standard cost is £4. For off-shore territories, there might be a fee applied at checkout. For international orders, the fee is calculated at checkout based on weight and country. For example a typical parcel to Germany/France would cost £15-20. If you don’t see your country or a delivery option for your address, please contact us to quote you the best price.
We work with the most popular payment options. Including:
Visa/Master Card/AmEx etc. Credit/Debit Cards.
Amazon Pay – pay using you Amazon account.
PayPal – including pay later.
Revolut – pay directly from your account.
Apple Pay/Google Pay – most convenient for mobile.
Free delivery to most UK addresses takes 2-3 business days unless a later posting date is stated on the product page or checkout.
We offer next day service via DPD at just £5 extra.
Order cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 1 PM.
EU orders normally take between 4 and 7 working days.
USA/Canada – 2-5 working days.
Rest of the world – 2-10 working days, shipped with DHL depends on the country.
We currently don’t ship to Russia or Ukraine.
We use only the best and latest security measure to protect your data. We store only the information we need to fulfilled your order. Any payment details is never shared with us, only with the payment providers we work with – Stripe, Amazon, PayPal and Revolut.
As soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation email from our system. If you can’t find it please check SPAM/Junk folder.
As long as there are no custom requirements, we would normally dispatch on the same day if order is placed before 1 PM GMT or on the next working day if ordered after the cut-off time or over the weekend.
As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Within the set time frame you will receive your order via the courier selected at checkout.

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an invoice to your email address.
